Re-engineering consumer and business financial transaction platforms, including transaction recovery, financial accounting and migration of legacy data.

Designed asynchronous Saga-based purchase orchestration with idempotency, external provider requery and compensating reversals.
Replaced direct wallet mutations with double-entry journals, customer subledgers, general-ledger postings and auditable settlement workflows.
Migrated 8,000+ customers and millions of historical transaction records using restart-safe batch imports and reconciliation.
Optimized MySQL schemas and indexes, reducing previously slow queries to approximately 40 ms or less.
Integrated banking, identity and value-added services; delivered redesigned B2C to production with B2B undergoing QA.

Led digital lending engineering and core banking technology operations, including a formal Chief Information Security Officer appointment.

Rebuilt and deployed a loan origination platform integrating BankOne, NIBSS identity services, credit bureaus and configurable approvals.
Designed a queue-driven NIBSS Direct Debit repayment engine with adaptive partial collections and exponential retry spacing.
Implemented durable repayment states and an independent reconciliation process, skipping new collections while a prior debit outcome is unresolved.
Tested SQL Server-based core banking recovery infrastructure and supported security governance, continuity and incident response.
Migrated approximately 380 email accounts to Zoho Mail, avoiding an estimated ₦8 million in external contractor costs.
